A non-refundable deposit of 500 Euros is required to secure a booking of an extended-stay tour. Reservations will be confirmed upon our receipt of your signed booking form and deposit. Payment in full is due 60 days before the date of the tour. After we receive your booking form and deposit, we will send you confirmation in the form of an invoice and a copy of our terms and conditions that you must sign and return to us. For our extended programmes, after we receive the full payment and the signed terms and conditions, we will send you hotel contact information. We will contact you via email or phone within 5 days of submitting your booking form regarding the status of your reservation.
