• 2 Cooking classes with Marianna with full course menu to follow including aperitivo of local cheeses and salamis, local and DOC wines, dessert and home made liqueors
• Guided walk in Tropea including tastings from selected stores.
• Guided visit to Pizzo Calabro
• Cooking demo and fish auction excursion followed by full course meal at a 5 star restaurant in Vibo Marina
• Bread making and picnic excursion in the town of Caria
• Guided visit to the Statti Estate in Lamezia, including wine tasting and light buffet
• Guided visit to Capo Vaticano
• Full day at an exclusive spa in a 5 star resort in Capo Vaticano with lunch included
• Fishing and sailing excursion on the Calabrian Coast

All meals and cooking classes include local calabrian wines.

We can work closely with you to create the menu of your choice. If you wish to include meat or fish for both cooking classes we can certainly arrange that for you. We also offer vegetarian menus.

We have left some meals to your own leisure because the meals in Calabria are very big to say the least. We can recommend some eateries where you can enjoy a light meal with a glass of wine during your free time in Tropea.

Not included

Airfare is not included, but if you need assistance, we can help you with your connecting flights from Rome to Lamezia airport.

About your accommodations

Your base for your tour is in an elegant bed and breakfast in the historic center of Tropea. The accommodation features elegant suites, a beautiful roof top terrace and easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes.

We can also customize this itinerary to suite you interests and if you wish to spend extra time in Tropea or in another part of Calabria we will be more than happy to assist you.

We can often modify the itinerary or add extra activities depending on the time of year that you make your booking.

For example we can experience the ‘vendemia’ in September – the grape harvest or any other food festival available in the near by towns of Tropea.
